3 Reasons to Attend:
1. Recharge & Be Encouraged
We offer designated breakout sessions for foster parents where you can be encouraged and equipped as a parent. Parenting is the most important job we have, and the most challenging. Get with other parents in your same phase of life and grow together while your kids are cared for by approved volunteers who provide age appropriate activities and sessions.
2. Respite
This retreat will give you much needed respite and fellowship with other foster families in a relaxing environment. We all need to take time to slow down and give our bodies and minds a chance to be refreshed. By unwinding, you reduce stress, improve mental clarity, creativity, and productivity.
3. Growing in Your Faith
There is designated time for singing praise & worship songs, listening to creative Bible teaching, reading the Bible, and praying together. The best way to help our kids grow spiritually is to model it for them. There is no better person to show them how to connect with Christ than you!
